Terms of Sale & Digital License

Effective Date: April 3, 2026

PURCHASE NOTICE: You are purchasing a standardized Digital Usage Audit and Compliance Package. This is a non-refundable digital product delivered immediately upon processing.

1. Agreement to Terms

By completing your purchase with Okularity, Inc. (“Okularity”), you agree to these Terms of Sale. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Okularity regarding the purchase of a Digital Usage Audit (the “Product”).

2. Description of Digital Product

The Digital Usage Audit is an information-based digital product consisting of:

Instant Delivery: You acknowledge that Product Delivery is complete the moment our system initiates the data-pull or generates the Usage Report. Because this product is a digital asset consumed at the point of sale, there is no "return" or "cancelation" period once the transaction is authorized.

Outcome Disclosure: The purchase price covers the generation of the Audit and the Filing of the Resolution. The final decision regarding account status is made by third-party platforms (e.g., X, Instagram). You agree that the product is "as described" upon delivery of the report and filing of the notification, regardless of the third-party's ultimate decision.

3. Non-Refundable Policy & Dispute Recovery

All sales are Final and Non-Refundable. By authorizing this transaction, you acknowledge that the digital assets are consumed at the point of purchase. Any attempt to reverse this transaction via a bank dispute or chargeback is a breach of this agreement.

4. Identity Verification & Fraud Prevention

To ensure secure delivery and prevent unauthorized transactions, Okularity utilizes Stripe Identity. You hereby consent to provide government-issued identification for biometric verification. This process is a mandatory security feature of the Product; failure to complete verification does not entitle the user to a refund of an initiated order.

5. Financing via Affirm & Klarna

Financing through Affirm or Klarna is an agreement between you and the respective lender. However, the Final Sale nature of this Digital Product remains unchanged. Any attempt to circumvent this non-refundable policy through a financing dispute will be contested using the evidence outlined in Section 3.

6. California Disclosure (AB 2426)

In accordance with California law, your purchase is for a Limited License to access and use the Digital Usage Audit data. You are not purchasing ownership of the underlying software or algorithms used to generate the report.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, with exclusive jurisdiction in Los Angeles County.
